Not paying for one’s maintenance and one’s bank loans are the most frequent debts the Moldovans incur, as the amount grows by 5-7% on the year.
According to Incaso, a debt-returning company, over 70 % of the Moldovans have debts for utilities.
This type of debts are incurred because it’s difficult to disconnect one’s running water or heating in a block of apartments, without affecting one’s neighbors.
15% of the debtors dealt by Incaso have unpaid loans to banks. Over 11.5% of the Moldovans have debts for mobile telephony.
They also have arrears to state and private institutions.
