The Parliament Speaker husband's company cannot be found in the Kroll 2 report, even though it does figure in the first report of the company that investigated the bankruptcy.According to deschide.md, the off-shore company 'Alsvit-Print', registered in Cyprus, was mentioned in the first report at the debts takeover chapter which it had at BEM from the British company 'Roseau Alliance'. In the second report, this company cannot be found anymore.
On March 31, 2008, Zinaida Greceanii becomes the PM of Moldova. Having designated members of BEM council, from the time when she was the Minister of Finances and naming her husband - Alexei Greceanii, in the Administration Council of the Wine Factory from Cojusna, organizes the necessary political coverage for crediting this factory with money from BEM.
This way, the Wine Factory from Cojusna is credited with 1,63 million Euros and 500 000 USD and in 2010 this factory is declaring it's bankruptcy.
Deschide.md also mentions that in 2011, the off-shore company 'Alsvit-Print', registered in Cyprus, which beneficiary is also Alexei Greceanii, takes another credit, worth of 40 millions MDL, also from BEM, to 'repurchase' the pledge of the Wine Factory from Cojusna.
The non-performance credit pf the 'Alsvit-Print' can be found in the Kroll report. This way, in accordance with the data from the report, the British company 'Roseau Alliance', through Shor has redeemed the non-performance credits form BEM, takes over the credit worth 46,12 millions MDL (40 millions the credit's body and the difference is the interest related to this credit).
In the Kroll 2 report that was published yesterday by the Parliamentary Investigating Commission regarding the bank fraud, this company cannot be found anymore in the list of those which debts were taken by 'Roseau Alliance'. At least this fact can be understood from the data which is public and visible. At the same time we can't say if, in general, this company can be found in the last report, because many lists are shaded.
At the chapter 7.3.2 from Kroll 2, the international companies' experts are describing the scheme of the non-performance credits redemption by 'Roseau Alliance', behind which is Ilan Sor. Also here are published the companies which debts were over-taken but also the schemes of money-circulation. 'Alsvit-Print' wasn't found in the list of that companies and on the schemes is hard to spell the names and some of them are even shaded.
