The Executive has approved in its meeting today, May 31st changes to several articles of the Labor Code of Moldova.
Thus, in order to ensure the investment sector, the labor contract will be concluded for a definite period of time. The employee will receive the collective labor contract, as well as the information for safety and heath requirements.
A new article regulating the notion of stationary is being added to the Labor Code. The article will inform on the temporary impossibility to work of an employee. The remuneration is worth of 2/3 of the salary.
The changes have been made in order to have the modern requirements on the market.
