Last weekend Smurd carried another help action monitored by the Civil portection and Emergencies.
A Smurd crew of the Cahul district Directorate of Emergency Situations carried out a transportation mission assistance to a patient in serious condition and her husband.
According to operative information, the couple returned from vacation, and a road accident happened on Braila-Galati route.
Two minors were in the car, and after the impact, 32-year-old woman needed help and care.She needed transportation to the Emergency Hospital in Braila district with head trauma, broken bones in the pelvis region and liver.
Later, at the family's request and according to procedures, Cahul town Smurd team took over in postoperative patient satisfaction, transporting her to Chisinau.
Along the way, the patient was assisted by team of specialists, and then passed to Chisinau Emergency Institute for further medical care.
Civil Protection and Emergencies conducted and monitored such help actions and assisted Smurd transport in other cases when Moldovan citizens were victims of emergencies abroad.
All victims needed transport, medical assistance, reaching safely in hospitals across the country.
The Emergency Situations Service is doing such actions over two years, similar cases were recorded with other patients, Moldovans, medical assistants being brought from Russia, Ukraine, and Romania.
