The first hour of the school year of 2016 will have the generic “Moldova – quarter of century”. This was in the context of marking 25 years of independence of Moldova.
The first bell will ring in over 1,300 schools from the entire country.
According to the chief of the Pre-university Education Department of Ministry of Education, Valentin Crudu, the scholar square will start 8:30.
In order to prevent cases of sunburns, the Ministry of Education has recommended that the duration of the squares should not overpass 45 minutes.
In the school year 2016-2017, approximately 340,000 students will go to primary schools, gymnasiums and high schools. In the first grade will go approximately 33,000 childrens.
