Parhomenco will receive the punishment before other defendants since he recognized his guilt and he asked for a simplified trial.
"The defendant requested the case to be examined in simplified procedure. A punishment of 10 years and 6 months in jail was issued on the defendant", said PCCOCS prosecutor Tatiana Vidrașco.
According to Prosecutors for Combating Organized Crime, Parhomenco asked two ex-participants in the Donbass conflict to commit the murder.
Parhomenco and six others went before the the judge at the end of October.
According to prosecutors, the defendants acted on the order of the convict Grigore Caramalac, called Bulgaru, accused in the same case and issued the international search.
In total, 17 defendants were listed: eight were detained in Chisinau in April and the rest were in Ukraine.
