National Library of Moldova and the Institute of Philology of the Academy of Sciences has presented a CD collection under the "Archive of voices: interview with personalities from the national culture" project, Moldpres informs.
The creators of the project that was initiated in 2015, are from the National Library and the Institute of Philology.
In her speech, Director General of BNRM, Elena Pintilei said the idea of the project was launched by the late leader of the institution, Alexe Rau.
"The mission of the National Library is to promote and preserve the cultural heritage of our country. That is why we started to implement this project. So far, we have managed to publish 10 CDs" , said Elena Pintilei.
Director of the Institute of Philology, Vasile Bahnaru said in turn that this collection will be completed with multiple discs, so in the future, each researcher, journalist, composer or performer can admire the folklore archive.
According to writer and folklorist Filip Iulian, the value of this collection will grow more and more with time, so more people will want to see the artistic creation of our people.
