A delegation of Moldova led by Prime Minister Ion Chicu will pay an official visit to Russia on 20 November.
In Moscow, PM Chicu will meet Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The officials will tackle a string of subjects of national importance, such as the supply of Russian gas, export of Moldovan agricultural products to the Russian market. The sides will also consider possibility to increase the number of authorizations for carriers from Moldova.
PM Ion Chicu will discuss the subject of gas delivery with Chairman of the Management Committee of Gazprom Alexey Miller.
The delegation is made up of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Aureliu Ciocoi, Economics and Infrastructure Minister Anatol Usatii, Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Minister Ion Perju, Governor of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia Irina Vlah, as well as the head of the Administrative Board of the Moldovagaz stock company, Vadim Ceban.
