A photo exhibition “Recollections about people and the country” by Tudor Iovu will open in the National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History, being timed to the Independence Day. Over 200 photographs, taken in 1988-1991, will be presented at the exhibition, Infotag informs.
They depict events, connected with the national movement for liberation and declaration of Moldova’s independence. “All my life I was going on the road, looking at it through a photo camera lens.
This road passed among people, who were fighting, sacrificing themselves, raising flags, chanting slogans or simply crying”, photojournalist Tudor Iovu said to the press. The exhibition will be open until end-September.
