Delegation of Repulic of Moldova, headed by Chiril Gaburici, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, has launched the Program to Acquire Citizenship of the Republic of Moldova on an international level. The launch of the program took place at the Global Conference of Citizenship and Citizenship, held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
During the press conference, Gaburici was presented by Sophia, the first humanoid robot, who congratulated the Minister for the program launched.

The purpose of the Citizenship Acquisition Program is to strengthen the international perception and competitiveness of the Republic of Moldova in order to attract foreign direct investment in strategic development areas established by the Government.
According to the program, a foreign investor will be able to obtain the citizenship of Moldova if he allocates at least 100,000 euros to the Sustainable Development Fund or at least 250,000 euros in a strategic field of activity.
During the international conference, the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure mentioned that the Government has developed this instrument based on good international practices, while Chiril Gaburici specified that the winner of the public tender for awarding the public service contract for international development, implementation and promotion The Citizenship Acquisition Program for the Government of the Republic of Moldova is a partner with vast international experience in dozens of countries.
