We can enter a new stage of development for Republic of Moldova after these elections. Each vote counts, you vote, you're active. President Igor Dodon has sent this message to all citizens.
"It's beautiful day. In the Republic of Moldova, citizens are not happy with the current situation. Many say the direction is wrong.
Today citizens have the opportunity to change these things. Everything depends on each of us. Or it will remain as it has been in the past years. In my opinion, it was a bad situation, a disaster on many sectors. If you want to change things, come and vote to change.
We will enter a new stage of Moldova's development. Every vote counts. Be active. Don't be afraid to free yourself from the functions you have.
Colleagues in the administration know I did not impose anybody. Tomorrow you can change things well, I think they will change.
Both parliamentary elections and the consultative referendum take place in one day. Polling stations will be open from 7:00 to 21:00 local time in the country where the polling station is located.
The voter will receive four ballots: two for the election of the deputies and two for the referendum.
