Security Sepreme Council (CSS) will obtain information which contains the state secret. According to MOLDPRES, the law regarding this issue will come into force on Friday along with its publishing on Official Gazette.
According to the document aimed at amending the State Security Law, the central public authorities as well as those subordinated to the government and the organizational structures within their competence, but also the autonomous public legal entities are obliged to provide the CSS on request with any data and information, which constitutes State, Bank or Commercial secret, which concerns national security, defense and public order, as well as other information for their use in the preparation of Council decisions.
During the debate on the draft, the DPM deputies pointed out that these changes are intended to replace the state institutions through an advisory body. In reply, the majority coalition deputies said that, in fact, "better cooperation between state institutions" is desirable.
