The girl who underwent liver transplant last week has overcame and been conscious. Sabrina's condition is still bad however satisfactory, say the doctors.
She was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit where she will be taken care until recovery. Her mother say the first symptoms appeared in October.
"She had headaches, she was always dizzy, tired after school. In the beginning of November, her belly swell up", said Sabrina's mother, Natalia Filipescu.
The woman was hopeless to think her daughter had no chance of survival when the doctors diagnosed the child with hepatic impairment.
People donated to help financially. Miracle happened when a stranger offered to donate his liver.
"I'm happy with people'support and I wish everybody best wishes and other children will receive best support", said Natalia Filipescu.
The kind man who gave his liver away noticed the little girl's situation on social platform. He decided to give his hand when her relatives refused to help. The man didn't give us interview but hoped to see the girl's recovery.
He has two children taken care by his housewife. He's the only one working in family.
"I don't know how he knew this case and volunteered to donate. I want to save her", said doctor Sergei Borguci.
Surgery took place last Wednesday for seven hours by physicians from Moldova and Romania.
"It was premiere for us. We collaborated quite efficiently as our plan", said the head of Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Vera Dogotari.
