Germany continues to invest in Moldova. Solar panels were installed in Calarasi district hospital

The German investments in Moldova continue. This was announced by Angela Ganninger, the Germany Ambassador to Republic of Moldova who paid a visit to Calarasi. In the past three years, the Berlin authorities invested over one million and a half Euro in Moldova.

Calarasi district hospital benefit of solar panels. The system costed nine million lei and was given into operation the previous year.

"Due to the heating system, I can say that we don't face any troubles no more. It is very comfortable."

The tax for heating are lower now, at least 60 thousand lei yearly.

"We have the possibility to take a shower before and after the surgery, like in Europe", said Ion Veverita, the vice-director of Calarasi district hospital.

The patients are also thankful for these changes.

"Since the hospital moved here, it is much better. We have hot water, rest room."

Germany Ambassador to Moldova said that the project will continue.

"The rooms of the patients improved. These have hot water and better conditions", declared Angela Ganninger, Germany Ambassador to Moldova.

Also, in Calarasi, the Ambassador visited Doremicii kindergarten, that benefited of one million Euro. Due to the solar panels, the kindergarten has a better heating system.  

In the past two yeas, the Agency for cooperation of Germany and the Central Agency for Regional Development will invest one million and a half for sewerage and water proof in Calarasi.
