Commission for European Parliament budget will bring in a 2018 EU project that increases financial allocation offered for Eastern countries, including Moldova. Accordingly, an increase of 27 million euros will lead to 619 million euros allocation.
This growth approved today is an additional one to increase already included by the European Commission in the draft budget for 2018, of about EUR 48 million.
Differing from macro finance assistance, this allocation will reach directly to EU-funded projects, not government.
