Diaspora's support for bloc ACUM has fallen, shows new election

As a result of new parliamentary elections, candidate of bloc ACUM in the constituency no. 50 (Western Europe) Galina Sajin obtained 6 800 votes, while Maia Sandu in February's parliamentary election gained 50,000 votes.

The new parliamentary election was organized in the constituency no.40 after Maia Sandu, who became a member of parliament, was appointed prime minister.

The constituency in Chisinau also held the new election after Andrei Nastase accepted the post of Interior Minister. His brother Vasile-Andrei Năstase will replace his mandate in parliament. Vasile-Andrei Năstase didn't pick up the same number of votes as his brother's in February.
