The Christmas Fair from the Capital's heart has welcomed yesterday its last visitors. The small town built on 31 august street has come to an end with a raffle and a grand concert.
Accord, Olya Tira, Natalia Gordienko were only a few of the entertainers who took the stage in the last day of the Christmas Fair "At Home for Christmas".
"It saddens me to know that holidays are ending, it is a beautiful period. May everyone be blessed with health and good fortune" a visitor of the fair said.
For a month, the Fair was visited by over one million people. Among them 400 000 were children.
The evening's surprise was the raffle where people had the chance to win a Plasma TV, two tablets and three smartphones: "I never expected to win, therefore am very happy. The raffle was just."
The lucky winner of a new TV was not among the crowd. He was notified through the phone.
People who love spending time on ice can continue visiting the ice rink opened on 31 august street, which will remain open until the middle of March.
