19 road, water and sewage infrastructure projects were approved for funding from the National Regional Development Fund resources for 2016. The decision was taken today at a meeting attended by government members and heads of districts.
In total, 150 million lei were allocated for the project implementation.
54 million lei will be allocated for northern part of country, 34,3 million lei for central part and 34,4, million lei for south part of country and 5 million lei for Gagauz.
Over 16 million lei are intended to repair Ion Spirin street in Cahul, that is a road of regional importance.
Another 16 million lei will be allocated for the construction of the "PRO Career" center from Otaci.
For Taraclia - Ceadir-Lunga road will be intended for 14, 8 million lei, and another 10 million lei are to build wastewater treatment plant in Telenesti. Most of the approved projects are already underway.
The 19 projects were approved for funding under today's meeting of the National Coordination Council for Regional Development.
