PM Pavel Filip thanks ONU for the donation to Emergency Situations and Civil Protection Service

The Civil Protection and Emergency Situations Service has benefited from a donation of equipment that can be used to eliminate the consequences of the blizzard.

Prime Minister Pavel Filip thanked the United Nations Organization of Moldova and all its organizations for this donation.

"The friends in need know. Thanks to the United Nations - Moldova that reacted promptly to help us in the effort to solve the crisis situation caused by bad weather conditions.

Through UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, UN Women, OIM and UNAIDS, funds have been raised to acquire 41 generators, 30 bands and 13 tons of fuel. We thank everyone for their involvement" , Pavel Filip wrote on a social media.

PUBLIKA.MD recalls that 41 generators, 30 bands and 13 tons of fuel, all in the amount of about 1.010.000 lei were donated in order to eliminate the consequences of the blizzard.
