Most Moldovan companies don’t impose dress code on employees

Most firms from Moldova do not impose a dress code on their employees, shows a poll carried by the company Magenta Consulting, last year.

Every fifth manager only suggests his/her employees to dres decently. Nine per cent of managers said but certain employees need to come to work dressed in costumes with the company logos.

6 % demand that all the employees wear uniforms. Only 8 % impose their employees to come to work dressed in male costumes and female jacket and skirt.

The error margin is +/- 5%.
