Tattboy Holden – yes, that's his real name - boasts a head-to-toe bodysuit of ink including one of his eyeballs.
The 48-year-old from Adelaide first went under the needle in 1987. Since then, he's spent nearly $100,000 and 1000 painstaking hours turning his body into a canvas.
And he's showing no signs of slowing down.
'I'd never say I'm finished,' he told Daily Mail Australia. 'If there's still any blank skin that's an opportunity to add to the set.'
