If the flight is delayed from 2 to 4 hours, passengers reserve the right to ask for meals and free accommodation, and if the flight is delayed until 5 hours, even reimbursement of the ticket's cost could be asked.
If the flight has been canceled, passengers may receive compensation of €250 for flights up to 1500 km, €400 for flights between 1500 - 3500 km and €600 for all other airplane trips.
